Aniga Sharma is a Resident Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Factors and Ergonomics from Conestoga College. She has international hospital experience as well as clinical experience working in physiotherapy clinics, where she has supported clients with a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
She has a strong interest in MSK rehabilitation and uses a combination of evidence-based assessment, manual therapy, clinical Pilates, and exercise-based approaches to help clients reduce pain, improve movement, and return to their daily activities, work, and sport. She has completed AIM Level 1 and continues to develop her skills through ongoing orthopedic training, with additional interests in pelvic health and dry needling.

Outside the clinic, She enjoys travelling, exploring new places, and trying new restaurants.
